Sisma was born from the meeting of Antonio’s culinary artistry and Simone’s hospitality expertise.

After years of international experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, private villas, and luxury destinations, they decided to create a project embodying their shared vision: contemporary, authentic, tailor-made hospitality, rooted in Mediterranean values yet speaking to the world.
The project was later joined by Francesco, a director and creative, who enhanced its visual and strategic identity with a distinctive narrative approach.

ANTONIO INGLESE
CEO – Culinary Director

Antonio Inglese, born in Pozzuoli in 1997, is a chef and entrepreneur specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary style.
After attending a hospitality school, he worked in Amsterdam at restaurants such as The Butcher Social Club and Mr Porter. Back in Italy, he collaborated with the Michelin-starred Don Alfonso 1890, deepening his knowledge of the essence of Mediterranean cooking.

He later focused on luxury hospitality in destinations such as Courchevel, Los Angeles, Capri, and the French Riviera.
Today, with Sisma, he combines refined gastronomy and Mediterranean roots into tailor-madeexperiences.

SIMONE BUONFINO
Co – founder & Hospitality Manager

Simone Buonfino, born in Pozzuoli in 1996, is an expert in hospitality with an international background in luxury services. After studying chemistry, he specialized in mixology and service in exclusive venues such as The Butcher Social Club in Amsterdam. He refined his skills at the Mixology Academy in Milan and the Italian Sommelier School He has worked as a chalet manager in Courchevel, Sorrento, and Amalfi, managing teams and highlevel events, as well as in gourmet restaurants like Michelasso in Naples.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he has operated in prestigious locations across Italy and California. In 2021, he cofounded Sisma with Antonio Inglese, taking on the role of Hospitality Manager and bringing his expertise in exclusive catering and events, combining professionalism with Mediterranean elegance.

FRANCESCO INGLESE
CMO – Chief Marketing Officer

Francesco Inglese, born in 1989, holds a Master’s in Cinema, Television, and Multimedia Production from Alma Mater Studiorum  University of Bologna.

Since 2018, he has written, directed, and produced five short films, three documentaries, and one feature film through his company Meleagris Film Srl, distributing his works at major national festivals and on platforms such as Sky and DAZN.
He has worked as the official photographer for international events including Biografilm Festival, Giro d’Italia, Nastri d’Argento, Miss Italia, and Sanremo. Francesco has collaborated as art director for national and international agencies and brands, and he is currently a production lecturer at DAM Academy in Naples.
